Be sure to save this video & take your before photographs, you will need it when submitting your results.

Post daily on your IG page with hashtag #wave3challenge using products & moving your body. Posts must be visible on your main page.

After the Challenge

Upon completing the 15 Day Challenge, submit your results below. Your after video must include a side-by-side with your before video, wearing the same outfit for both videos. See example here.
